The Director General of Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province informed about the monitoring of the coasts of 3 northern provinces of the country in two days and said: “this monitoring will be done centrally and intensively by gyroplane for the first time.”
According to the public relations of the Ports and
Maritime Authority of Guilan Province, Dr. Hamidreza Abaie, referring to the
monitoring of the coasts of Guilan, Mazandaran and Golestan, said: “One of the
other tasks that Ports and Maritime Organization assigned to the Ports and
Maritime Authority of Guilan Province is the monitoring of the constructions
and coasts of the Caspian Sea and the wetlands of the northern provinces of the
country.”
He added: “for this purpose, on
the morning of Tuesday, October 27, the gyroplane of the Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan province
flew to monitor the coasts of the three northern provinces of the country.”
Stating that in the past at
least once every two months the coasts of Guilan Province and Anzali Lagoon
were monitored, the Director General of Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan
Province, noted: “due to the governing duties of the Ports and Maritime
Organization regarding the monitoring of coasts and wetlands, as well as in
order to prevent unauthorized constructions, for the first time, this
monitoring was carried out in a centralized and intensive manner by gyroplane.”
Stating that with the help of
port activities and monitoring agencies, effective measures have been taken to
liberate the coasts, Abaie clarified: “Pursuant to paragraph 22 of Article 3 of
the Regulations of the Ports and Maritime Organization approved in 1348 and the
supplementary note approved in 1387 and paragraph 7 of the Law on Accelerating
the Loading and Unloading Operations of Ships in Ports approved by the Islamic
Consultative Assembly in 1395, the Ports and Maritime Organization is obliged,
in addition to ensuring the security and safety of the country's ports,
including free trade-industrial zones, special economic zones and the mainland,
prevent any construction or operation of facilities and equipment without a
license from this organization through the competent legal authorities.
He reminded: “the monitoring of
the coasts of Golestan and Mazandaran provinces will be done in two days, and
the photos and maps taken will help us to investigate all the coasts and the
current construction situation.”
It should be noted that
compared to other flying vehicles, gyroplane has a high maneuverability due to
the lightness of the structure and the ease of sitting and taking off in a
small space. The ability to install peripherals such as high quality video recording
systems and send it simultaneously to the ground station (Online) is another
feature of gyroplanes.
A gyroplane ultra-light
aircraft is a device between a helicopter and an airplane that has a rotating
rotor instead of a fixed wing, which engages the engine only the first moment
of flight and detaches from the engine at start-up and during flight, and the
engine rotates in a circular motion.
