Introduction

Rapid and dramatic changes in businesses have led leading organizations to conduct extensive studies in order to maintain and improve their position in the global arena and gain a significant market share In addition, these organizations have been able to intelligently increase the productivity of the organization by relying on knowledge while ensuring the safety and health of employees as well as customer satisfaction. These studies can be carried out with the participation of employees or through universities, scientific and research centers and institutions, and prevent the occurrence of problems and risks that inadvertently threaten organizations and cause many problems.

In order to meet the study needs of its subdivisions, the Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province has formed a Research and Development (R&D) working group which identifies research priorities and performs them via the intra-sourcing or outsourcing of the projects.
