The technical and engineering deputy of ports and maritime affairs of Guilan province informed about the monitoring of the coasts of 3 Northern Provinces of the country in two days and said: “this monitoring will be done centrally and intensively for the second time by gyroplane.”
Mehdi Nikokar in an interview with the Public Relations of Ports
and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province, referring to the monitoring of the
coasts of Guilan, Mazandaran and Golestan Provinces, said: “One of the tasks
assigned by the Ports and Maritime Organization to Ports and Maritime Authority
of Guilan Province is the monitoring of constructions, Caspian Sea coasts and
wetlands of the northern provinces of the country.”
He added: "for this purpose, on the morning of Tuesday,
June 22, the gyroplane of Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province flew
to monitor the coasts of the three northern provinces of the country."
The Deputy Minister of Ports and Maritime Engineering of Guilan
Province, pointing out that the monitoring of the coasts of Guilan Province and
Anzali Lagoon is done on a monthly basis, stated: “Due to the governing duties
of the Ports and Maritime Organization regarding the monitoring of beaches and
wetlands, as well as in order to prevent unauthorized constructions, for the
second time, this monitoring was carried out centrally and intensively by the
gyroplane for the three northern provinces.”
Nikokar stated that with
a set of port activities and with the help of monitoring agencies, effective
measures have been taken to control the coasts, and specified: “Pursuant to
paragraph 22 of Article 3 of the Regulations of the Ports and Maritime
Organization approved in 1348 AH and the Additional Note approved in 1387 AH
and paragraph 7 of the Law on Accelerating the Loading and Unloading of Ships
in Ports approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in 1395 AH, the Ports
and Maritime Organization is obliged to ensure the security and safety of the
country's ports, including free trade-industrial zones, special economic zones
and the mainland; while prevent any construction or operation of unlicensed
facilities and equipment through the competent legal authorities.”
He reminded: “the monitoring of the coasts of Golestan and
Mazandaran provinces was done during two days, and the photos and maps taken
will identify all the coasts and update the construction status.”
It is worth mentioning
that compared to other flying vehicles, gyroplane has had a great
maneuverability due to the lightness of the structure and the ease of sitting
and taking off in a small space. Ability to install peripherals such as high
quality video recording systems is one of the capabilities of gyroplanes.
A gyroplane ultra-light
aircraft is a device between a helicopter and an airplane that has a rotating
rotor instead of a fixed wing, which engages the engine only for the first
moment of flight and detaches from the engine during flight and at the start
moment, and the engine rotates in a circular motion.
