The Managing Director of Ports and Maritime Organization visited the infrastructure projects of Chamkhale tourist port and said: “it is necessary for the private sector to invest in the superstructures of Chamkhale port.”
According to the public
relations report of the Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province, Ali
Akbar Safaei, during his trip to Guilan Province, stated that the
infrastructure projects of the Chamkhale port with the investment of the Ports
and Maritime Organization in the first phase have reached nearly 70% physical
progress, and noted that for the presence of the private sector, in order to
invest in the supply of passenger-tourist vessels, and the landscaping and
beautification of this port, necessary arrangements have been made.
The Managing Director of
Ports and Maritime Organization added: “Chamkhale port has a very good position
in the tourism sector due to its natural beauty, so the Ports and Maritime
Organization is trying to activate this port for people's use as soon as
possible.”
According to this report
and according to the executive contractor of the Chamkhale port development
project, the construction of the access bridge, the creation of a breakwater
including the east and west arms, and the construction of the berth in the
first phase are underway, which has achieved 68% physical progress so far. In
this visit, Jalil Eslami, Deputy Minister of Port and Economic Affairs of Ports
and Maritime Organization, Mohammad Reza Jalali, Governor of Langrod and Parviz
Mohammad Nejad, Representative of the people of Langrod in the Islamic Council,
accompanied the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development.
