The review of the draft of the maritime law was carried out in the presence of the secretary and members of the government's legal and judicial commission in the Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province.
According to the public relations report of the Ports and
Maritime Authority of Guilan Province, a meeting to review the draft of
maritime law bill was held in the Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province
with the presence of Director General of the Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan,
the Director General of the Legal Office of the Ports and Maritime
Organization, as well as the secretary and members of the Government Legal and
Judicial Commission.
This meeting was held as a continuation of the series of
meetings of the legal and judicial commission of the government in order to
review the draft of the maritime law.
Hossein Younesi, Director
General of Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province, in this meeting explained the activities of
ports in the north of the country and pointed out the importance of sea-oriented
economy.
It should be mentioned that these meetings were held for 3
days by the of Ports and Maritime Authority
of Guilan Province and the members of the legal and judicial commission of the
government visited the infrastructure and capabilities of Anzali Port Complex
in order to learn more about maritime and port activities.
