Two outsourced study projects were unveiled in the presence of General Director of Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province.
According to the public
relations report of the Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan Province, at
noon on Monday, October 31st, two study projects that were completed
in the form of outsourcing by university groups in the first six months of 1401
were unveiled.
Considering the role of
transformation and complementary industries in the development of the
agricultural sector and creating added value, the project "Feasibility of
Creating a Cluster of Transformation and Complementary Grain Industries with
Emphasis on Wheat, Corn, Barley and Rice in Anzali Port" was studied by
Guilan University. The goals of this project include proper planning for the
creation of a cluster of grain processing and complementary industries in
Anzali port, proper guidance of public and private sector investments in order
to improve the loading and unloading capacity of dry bulk goods (grains) in
Anzali port, and recognition of priority key sectors and sectors effective in
increasing the port's share of grain cargo in order to invest in those sectors
and to encourage and attract the private sector to participate and invest in
the infrastructure and superstructures needed by the port in the dry bulk
(grain) sector.
Also, considering that
the goals of organizations are dependent on the goals of its employees, and
without a doubt, increasing the motivation of the organization's employees can
have a significant effect on the organization's performance. Therefore,
"Designing an Incentive System to Optimally Use the Potentials and
Capabilities of the Employees of the Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan
Province" was another study that carried out by the Islamic Azad
University, Bandar-e- Anzali branch.
Identifying the
motivational factors of the employees of Ports and Maritime Authority of Guilan
Province, identifying the obstacles facing these motivational factors, planning
to increase the motivation of the employees and optimal use of the capacities
and abilities of them are the appropriate results of this plan.
It should be noted that after
this ceremony, a training workshop was held on "Strategic developments of
ports with a problem-oriented approach in Anzali Port".
